Orders

1. How do I place an order?

• Select the product you would like to purchase and choose the appropriate size or color (if applicable).

• Add the product to your shopping cart.

• Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete the payment process.

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you would like to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oummithecollection.com.

We can only process modifications or cancellations if your order has not yet been shipped.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and tracking link so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is your return policy?

• You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. How do I return a product?

• Send an email to info@oummithecollection.com including your order number and the reason for the return.

• We will provide you with further return instructions.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

3. Can I exchange a product?

Exchanges are possible under the same conditions as returns.

Please clearly state in your email which product you would like to receive in exchange for the returned item.

4. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
